Terms and Conditions 

Puppy Deposit & Payment Terms: 

  1. Non-refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a puppy after the litter is born. (Payment methods include PayPal, check, cash, etc.) 

  1. Puppy Selection: Puppies are selected based on the order in which deposits are received. Final selections must be made by the time the puppies reach 6 weeks of age. 

  1. Final Payment: The puppy must be paid in full (including shipping) on or before 7 weeks of age, unless other arrangements are made with Poodle Doods. 

  1. Kennel Fee After 8 Weeks: Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. After this time, a $5.00 per day kennel fee will apply, unless other arrangements are made with Poodle Doods. 

  1. Shipping: We can ship our puppies if desired. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to puppy cost. Contact Poodle Doods for conditions and requirements.   

 

Contract & AKC Papers: 

  1. Contract Requirement: A signed and dated contract must be returned to Poodle Doods in order to receive your AKC papers. 

  1. AKC Papers: All puppies are sold with Limited AKC papers. Full AKC registration may be considered for Show homes only. 

We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions of each puppy, offering helpful information and advice to assist you in selecting the perfect one. We will always share our honest opinion with you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the adult color or size of any puppy. 

By Purchasing a Puppy from Poodle Doods, you automatically agree to our sales contract. 
We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone at anytime.
